Quality Control System Xrite Spectro

PressSIGN-pro is a G7® Certified System that measures, controls, monitors and evaluates the color printing process for offset printing. pressSIGN contains the PANTONE™ libraries and the ability to create custom color libraries. Control not only solid spot colors but tints as well. We can set client customised spot colours measured from samples or directly load LAB values. This system is pre loaded with all ISO/ G7/custom standards so we can hit the target colours as close as possible. We run this system with Xrite spectrophotometer to get the accurate results.

Quality Assurance

Chennai Expo Prints has stringent Quality Control Procedures in place. the quality process starts as paper, Board, Plates, Printing Inks and other consumables. We have standardized on ITC Boards and also import paper and boards for our printing requirements. e use only imported Inks for print impression. The raw materials are thoroghly checked before putting to use for production.

The finished products are subject to stringent quality checks before despatch to the respective clients.
